EverBloom Talent was born out of my own frustration with the traditional recruiting model. While working at a firm, I saw businesses—especially startups—struggling with high upfront costs, rigid contracts, and short guarantees that just didn’t give them the flexibility they needed. It became clear: there had to be a better way to help businesses grow their teams.

Retention-Based

A retention-based guarantee—unheard of in the recruiting industry! With this guarantee, we invoice 1/12th of the placement fee after each completed month of employment. We earn our fee as our candidate showcases their value. There will be no invoice due for any months not completed.
